So, I've done a piss poor job of keeping up with this whole "art" thing. I always try to keep up with it, but over the last several months I just haven't had time for it. Why, you might ask? I'd been preparing for her pretty much since December, when I first found out she was coming, but she surprised all of us by coming a whole 15 weeks early. I'm horrible about keeping up with this place. I always have good reasons, but the fact remains, I'm doing pretty good if I post a few times a year. This year has been no different so far. On the upside though, all the other stuff I'm doing is going very well. I'm handling the visual arts programs that my employer offers, continuing to refine my portfolio, recently transferred to a new department at work (and trying to transfer again), just moved, and trying to still be available for my friends and family. On top of that, my wife and I have recently begun the process of trying for children, so here's hoping that works out well. :D So anyw
